Shipping policy

US Shipping & Delivery:

Freight charges are estimated. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin.
Shipping assumes dock delivery. Any special rigging or handling requirements at customer's location is the customer's responsibility. If a liftgate is required, it must be specified at the time of
order.

Additional Specifications for International Shipping:

Digitalback.com can set up direct international orders, but the website is not designed to accept international orders at this time.

We do require a $1000 minimum for international orders. PayPal and Wire Transfer are the payment methods available for all international orders – which are only shipped via UPS International services.

The recipient of an international shipment (including shipment to Canada) is responsible for paying the taxes, customs duties, and fees incurred directly with the customs office.
