Refund policy

Returns : All products purchased domestically have a 72-hour full refund return policy. After 72 hours, unused, unopened and/or damaged consumable products may be returned within 30 days of invoice date for credit or exchange. All returned items within the 30-day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee. International purchases that include special order items are not eligible for returns or refunds. 

A return request can be initiated by requesting it from your customer account here, or emailing accounting@captureintegration.com with the order number included in the subject line. Returns are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned product(s). 

Before returning any merchandise a return authorization number must be obtained from Capture Integration through the return request process.

Origin freight, handling, and insurance will not be credited on returns. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. 

We do not recommend USPS for returns to our location

We cannot accept any returns for special order or clearance items.
