The CS-396 Ball Head from Cambo is a 1.5" tall, single locking knob head that is use to support a microphone, a monitor, or a small video light. Moreover, the equipment can also be elevated with the CS-M8 arm to a higher vantage point while mounted to the head, and a 1/4"-20 male thread is provided at the top of the head with a 1/4"-20 female thread at the base, so it can virtually mount to any tabletop tripod, camera rig, or bracket as well.
