    Warranty Information

    CI Warranties cover the cost of repair or replacement for products with issues caused by manufacturer defect. Issues or damage caused by user error is not covered under warranty.

    Issues must be reported to CI within the warranty period, and the defective product must be returned no later than 10 days after the expiry of the warranty.

    Customers will be responsible for transportation of defective items to our facility.
